I'm talking about the Media and Information Literature

  

     Media Information and Literature discuss on a kind of literacy like media literacy, new media literacy, broadcast literacy, print media literacy, and so on. In our class we discuss these things, then we knew something about them. Their differences, the history of Literature. During the Pre-historic age, Industrial age, Electronic age, and the Digital age. Also about how each information in our world is true or not, we discuss about the Fake News, Misinformation, Disinformation, and the troublesome Deep Fakes. My experience in learning about the Media Information and Literature is great. I gained some knowledge related to this subject that makes me aware about the Deep Fakes and also the history of this subject.

       As a student this subject is important to me, I learn and gain some knowledge related to this subject. It helps me as one of the digital literate, a youth that mostly engage in the digital word. In this generation most of the people are connected through the internet. This subject helps me and might help in my future career to be an architect. Maybe in a way of seeking information, dealing with fake news, and other types of false information.

    In this time where information cannot be easily trusted. where information can be easily alter, creating a fake news, information that can make people easily believe, and also the people that creates information that lacks in validity. This subject makes us aware about them and understand the literature in new media, print media, media coverage, and in broadcast media. I learned something about this subject that helps me to understand the literature and its kind. This subject is important to us, makes us to be a better literate.

Iwasan ang Diskriminasyon

     Diskriminasyon sa lahi ng tao ay isa sa mga masasakit na pamamaliit at pagmamaltrato sa mga taong para sa kanila ay hari't reyna sa kanilang tanaw sa kanilang sarili. Karamihan ng tao ay nagawang pamamaltrato ng basura sa mga biktima nila. Hindi lang sa pisikal na ka anyuan ng tao ang ma bibiktima ng diskriminasyon, pati rin ang edad at kakayahan ng isang tao. 

     Paano nating pagiiwasan ang diskriminasyon sa kakayahang nating mga tao, kahit nagmula sa ating mga tao ang ganitong isyu sa mundo? Kung tayong mga tao ay mapanghusga ay tignan muna natin ang ating sarili kung tayo man ang huhusgahin, mararanasan mo ang sakit na mula sa mga salita. Gayun man ay sumasailalim ka sa iyong sarili at bago ka humusga ay kailangan makikita mo ang kakayahan ng isang tao. Hindi lahat na minamaltrato ay kayang panindigan ang kanyang sarili sa lahat kung ano ang kanyang kakayahan. Kahit matanda o sa pisikal na kaanyuan. Kaya ang solusyon ng diskriminasyon ay ang pagaralin natin ang ating pag-uugali tungo sa mga kalahi natin at sa mga dayuhan. 

     Nasa atin ang kapalarang iwasan ang diskriminsayon dahil ang diskriminasyon ay ng galing sa ating kilos nating mga tao. Kung ikaw ay tutol sa diskriminasyon ay ayusin muna ang iyong sarili at pag-aaralin ang tama at maling kilos.

My baffled face I am so clearly shocked.

Talk about Antonio Molina: A Filipino Composer

ANTONIO MOLINA is one of the National Artist Awardee of the Philippines. He is the first to be conferred of this award during his time. Antonio was born in Quiapo, Manila where he also attended the Escuela Catolica de Nuestro Padre Jesus Nazareno. And college at San Juan De Letran where he was awarded a Bachelor of Arts degree in 1909. Antonio is the son of the founder of the Molina Orchestra and also a government official, Juan Molina. 

Molina started to take lessons in violin and solfeggio with Celestino de Vera, one of the members of the Molina Orchestra, at an early age. Then later he became a member of the Molina Orchestra. Antonio Molina utilized Impressionism as his musical style which his compositions creates atmospheric vibes and convey feelings through music. His musical style is known for its revolution from folk music and elements such as:

- application of pentatonic scale and whole tone scale;

- energetic dominanth ninth and eleventh cords;

- usage of linear counterpoints.

Thus his career takes him to be on top with his compositions and granted to be the first to received the National Artist Award (12th June, 1972), and the Conductor of the Year Award (1953) from the Music Lovers' Society, the UP Conservatory Alumni Award ang the Phi Kappa Beta Award (1972).

Halaga ng Buhay

 

      Buhay ay isang malaking regalo na natatanggap ng mga nabubuhay. Itong regalo ay para makita ang kagandahan ng mundo at maranasang mabuhay sa mundong ito. Naranasan nating mabuhay kasama ang pamilya natin, kaibigan, at ang iyong minamahal. Naranasan nating maging masaya, matakot, malungkot, at paninindigan. Sa mga araw na nabubuhay tayo ay isang malaking regalo para sa atin.

      Para sa akin ang kahalagahan ng buhay ay pagkaloob kong pahalagahan ito dahil isa ito sa aking na tanggap na regalo hanggang ngayon. Parang nagaalaga ka lang ng laruan, iniingatan, pinapahalgahan dahil minahal ko ito, katulad sa pagmamahal ko  sa aking sarili. 

  

      Ang layunin ko dito sa mundo ay ang pamumuhay ng matagal, alamin ang lahat, magkaroon ng isang gawaing pinapangarap kong gawain. Sakali mang magagawa ko iyon ay maghahanap nanaman ako ng gawaing pangangarapin o kaya'y maging masaya sa mga huling sandali.

      Para kanino ako na bubuhay, bumubuhay ako para sa aking sarili, bilang parte sa pamilya at sa bubuong pamilya sa paglaki. Pagmamahal ang halaga sa aking buhay. 

     Mahalaga ang buhay.Maging masaya. Maranasan. At alamin ang mundong kinabubuhayan.

Pagkatuto mula sa kabiguan

 

Marami sa mga tao na naranasan ang kabiguan sa buhay. Para makamit ang tagumpay ay dadaan muna ito sa maraminng pagsubok. Makikita mo sa litrato sa itaas na nagsagawa ng eksperimento. Ngunit mali ang kanyang nagawa kaya tinignan niya ito hanggang sa nakita niya ang tamang sagot para matagumpay ang kanyang eksperimento. Ngayon ay ibabahagi ko ang ilang mahahalagang aral na matutuna natin sa ating pagkabigo.

Sa ating buhay nakaranas na tayo ng kabiguan araw-araw o kaya'y sunod-sunod na maling pasya na binitawan. Maaaring magiging lungkot tayo dito dahil sa maling pasya- sa huli lang makikita ang mali. Ngunit, dito tayo nakabatay at makintindi kung ano ang tamang gawin o kaya sa kasabihan ng iba na "Trial and Error" sa paglalatis. NAPAGTANTO MONG HINDI ITO ANG KATAPUSAN.

MAKAKATULONG ITONG TUKUYIN MULI ANG PRIYORIDAD SA BUHAY. Sa unang pangungusap pa lamang ay tumutukoy na ito sa priyoridad sa buhay. Tayo bilang isang taong maraming gustong makamit na bagay sa buhay dahil masaya tayo nito dito. Pinagsikapan ang pangarap ngunit nabigo. Masakit man sa ating lagay na kinalungkutan natin ang isang pangarap. Dito natin mapagtanto na ibahin ang priyoridad at pangarap natin sa buhay. Kung sakali mang importante mo ang tagumpay kaya baguhin mo ang bagay na pangangarapin mo.

Ang huling aral na ibabangit ko ay hindi na nakabatay sa research ko, itong aral na ito ay nakabatay sa nagawa ko kanina; ito yung "HINDI KO NA ITO GAGAWIN MULI.". Hindi lang sa akin to maririnig kundi sa lahat ng taong nagkakamali. Dahil kanina ay gumamit ako ng isang Microwave para initin uli ang pagkain. Ang mali na nagawa ko ay hindi ko inilagay sa tray ang pagkain kundi nasa plastik na lalagyan, ayun na sunog ang plastik kasama ang pagkain. Ang pagkain ay nandoon na iyon sa plastik na lalagyan. Ang rason bakit ko yun na gawa dahil sa nakalagay na"microwave safe" nakalimutan ko ano ang nakasulat pero yan ang pagintindi ko kahit alam kong plastik yun. Tao rin ako kaya maaabot rin ako sa lagay ng kabobohan kahit may pinag-aralan ako. 

Ang masasabi ko lang sa pagkabigo ay dito tayo magbabago at malalaman kung nagkamali ba ako o kaya'y kulang ba ang ginawa ko para sa pagsusuri. WAG MALUNGKOT SA PAGIGING BIGO SA BUHAY, BASEHAN MO ITO SA PAGBABAGO AT SA PAGKAKAROON NG KAALAMAN SA BAGAY-BAGAY.

The Good Impact of Migration towards their Homeland

 

World we have today grows bigger as it's Globalization changing to be great for our races sake. Survival which we deals with hunger on working for the family needs. Food, Shelter. Protection, and Health is our priority of our race to live. In the Philippines, a person that needs money to support the family thinks about to go another country to work because of it's wage from another country is higher than the Philippine wage. Filipinos are known because of many Filipinos going another country, from the source of worldpopulationreview.com, over 100 million Filipinos living in the Philippines itself, and there are estimated around 10.2 million Filipinos living abroad. Migration is a movement of people choose to live another place or country to live. They choose to live another country to have a new life in there, or to live there for a better job to support the household in the homeland, or both. Thus Migration has negative impact in some part of the economy or business, but this movement acquire support that leads the development of their homeland to it's good impact. Nurtured of its ideal of support which is good and deal with it. This impact affects the development sectors: education, agricultural, and economy of a country. Way to support the household and the homeland.

Education. Education is part of our life to learn things that are necessary or unnecessary things around the world. Education needs schools and gather children to teach. Education teaches us about history, mathematics, language, science, and etc. Why Migration does have an impact on Education? In the Dominican Republic, the Migration helps enhancing the quality of education of the Dominican Republic. People emigrate to earn money to support their children in the homeland on paying debts of the school, or obtaining quality of education abroad for themselves. The Dominican Republic has seen significant gains education at all levels, with a closing gap of the educational achievement between the bottom 40%, and the top 60% (World Bank, 2016a). In 2014, the net primary education enrollment rates reached 84% (World Bank, 2016b). About 12% have finished post-secondary education, and the 7.8 years of adult population on the mean years of schooling (UNESCO, 2016). It's great to have this achievement about education of the country, have a support on schooling and enhancing the education. Youth is needed to be educate. To nurture it's knowledge.

Agricultural matter is needed for our country to supply and preserve foods for nation needs. In a state of calamity, the Government helps the people affected on a strong storms which is serious calamity, earthquake, tsunami, and etc. Handling some goods like canned goods, a bag of rice, water, and some things needed after the calamity. Why Migration does have an impact on Agricultural matter? With this, a migrate person working in the city could support the expenses of a household farmland. Dealing on preserving the farmland to it's purpose, a business to supply crops and vegetables, needs money to plant and to sell. It's not only to support farmland on the matter of its expenses but also to know more on planting and to have a good business. With this knowledge from the person who migrate, to the rural community, gathering knowledge about Agriculture helps the household to learn more things about its business, adapting skills to improve its supply or to have good crops and etc. and also avoiding bad situation like insects that destroys the products or a calamity that also affects on development of the products. 

The Economy of a country talks about the wealth, production, distribution and trade, and also consumption of goods and services by different agents. Migrate people like skilled labour has a positive static effects such as through return migration and remittances. Remittances have positive effects on sending countries. It reduce poverty, provide insurance against negative shocks and foster the accumulation of production factors. 

The impacts of Migration has it's positive effects which supporting and providing the needs of the household and the country of origin. Thus migration makes all country to be connected and to be one, to understand different cultures, different environment, and different people. It's not only the country of origin they leaving, having a positive impact but all countries to be connected.

Did you heard about the line "Nanimo nanimo mada shiranu..." that mostly people known about and sing it in that particular line of the song only that they didn't know what is the song they sing but some of the people know it because they are a fan of an anime Naruto Shippuden where the main character Naruto Uzumaki is very well-known anime character of all. This song was one of the opening songs of Naruto Shippiden. Naruto Shippuden Opening 16. And one of the most popular opening song of Naruto Shippuden.

The song that makes everyone hyped and enjoy it while watching Naruto Shippuden namely, Silhouette by Kana-Boon. Kana-Boon is a Japanese rock band formed in 2008. There are four albums that reach the top ten weekly Oricon Albums Chart, and five singles that also reach the top ten weekly Oricon Albums Chart where the Silhouette song is being used to be the 16th Naruto Shippuden opening theme. The composer of this song is Maguri Taniguchi, one of the member of Kana-Boon.

The song Silhouette talks about something like a team or a friends that will reached the goal together no matter what happens and that goal is to be still a one team or a group of friends that they know until the time they reach it as if it's like a next day when they have created a bond with each other. A love between a bond and loyalty within and grasp the line to the goal of a team. They song is really connected to the story of Team 7 where Naruto is with Sakura and Sasuke in a group. This may be connected to a real life of a team to reached their goal together.

The song that makes me feel great and feel that me and my friends could reached also our goal and will remember each other.

Mga Kaibigan kong tinuturing isa sa mga mahahalagang tao ko sa buhay

 

         Ang pagkakaroon ng isang kaibigan sa buhay ay nagbabahagi ng pagkakaroon ng koneksyon sa iba pang tao sa labas ng ating kabahayan. Didto nagsisimula ang pagkaroon ng kaalaman kung paano simulan ang pagkakaisa at kung papaano ipatibay ang samahan. Dito mo rin ma patunayan kung sino ka sa buhay na nagmamahal ng isang kaibigan at kung sino ka sa iyong buhay. Meron tayong kaibigan na pinagpilian dahil sa maganda niyang loob at mabuti siyang kaibigan. Meron naman tayong kaibigan na pagkakataon nating makiisa sa kanya kahit sa maliit man na panahon pero iisa parin kayo habang buhay, at sa panghuli meron tayong kaibigan na gusto nating baguhin dahil nararapat niya na mayroong isang kaibigan na kusang baguhin ang isang kaibigan na nagpasya ng maling decisyon sa buhay, at sa pagturo natin kung ano ang tama at mali na decisyon sa kanya ay maibabago niya ang paraan niya sa buhay.

         Sa aking buhay ay nagkaroon ako ng kaibigan na totoo, mapag-alaga, mapagmahal, turing kong isa sa mahalagang tao sa buhay ko, at nagpapabago sa aking sarili. Di naman mawawala yung mga kaibigan na masasabi kong plastik pero wala naman akong pake. Ngayon ay paguusapan ko ngayon tungkol sa mga kaibigan ko na gusto kong baguhin at nagpapabago sa akin, pagkakataon na isa sa kakaibiganin ko, at pinipili ko na isa sa kaibigan ko sa buhay. 

Ito ang kaibigan ko si Vilfrande, una kong kaibigan. Siya ay masayahing kaibigan ko noong bata pa kami hanggang sa ngayon. Ngunit ngayon ay nasa ibang bansa siya at doon naninirahan. Siya yung kaibigan kong pinipili na kaunaunahang kaibigan ko dahil masaya siyang kasama. Dahil sa kanya nagkaroon ako ng mga kaibigan.

Ito Naman si Kuya Shaq, nagkakakilala kami sa isang event sa paaralan na magcacamping. Siya ay masayahin ring kaibigan kahit man konti lang yung araw ng camping pero magkikita rin lang kami sa paaralan. Siya yung taong pagkakataon kong kakaibiganin dahil masayahin siya at may magandang loob. 

Ito naman si Stephen, kaibigan kong maraming alam sa computer. Siya yugn kaibigan kong nagpapabago sa akin dahil sa maling gawa ko bilang isang lider ng pagtuturo. Di naman ma iwasan magalit at kukulo ang dugo dahil sa mga kaklaseng di sumusunod. Gusto kong magturo na kalmado lang dahil sumusunod ang aking kaklase para madali lang ang pagkakatapos sa araw ng pagtuturo. Sa mga reaksyon niya sa akin ay kusa kong binago ang pagtuturo ko at bilang isang lider.

Ang mga kaibigang tapat at mapagmahal at mga totoong kaibigan mo, sila yung mga kaibigan na nagtuturo sa iyo sa buhay dahil sa buhay ay ikaw lang ang bumabangon para makaahon, at maligaya.

 

 

This is a comparison between the the story of Cupid and Psyche- a myth story and a movie Kotonoha no Niwa(The Garden of Words). Why I choose this movie to compare it with the story of a greek related myth because it has a similarities between the story but the difference of the two is the settings of the story.

This story about Cupid and Psyche talks about the immortal man Cupid whose fall in love in first sight of a beautiful mortal woman Psyche. Such, it is complicated to Cupid to love Psyche. Then Cupid managed to be with her without knowing Psyche of his appearance and who he is. When Psyche realized that she will gave birth soon, she wanted to know her love, then she was shock about the appearance of Cupid and hurt him that she didn't meant him to hurt and Cupid leave. But Psyche chase him and takes the challenges of an immortal goddess. This shows how Psyche love Cupid and accepts him as her lover. And that's the story of Cupid and Psyche.

The story about The Garden of Words talks about a teenage boy who fell in love of a teacher that he didn't know she is a teacher. Well It's started in a park where they meet each other in the same place where they can take time to relaxed.

They spent time in there for they wanted to relaxed or something. And when the day comes when the boy noticed that the woman she wanted to talk and have time every morning in the park is one of the teachers of the school. He may felt a shock a bit but he didn't change his feelings towards her. They talk at last and the boy confess but the teacher didn't response and the boy leave. The woman chase him as he wanted to confess her feelings too towards the boy and they cried. That's the story between a boy and a teacher who fall in love.

Well  I conclude that love has different way to deal with it, in such things may complicated or something they strongly they to be with it and deal with as they love each other.

Music is an art that express feelings that could feel of its emotions. It is a powerful way to express our feelings to all. It maybe feel relaxed for those listeners, maybe the listeners could feel anger, could be sad or happy. Music is everywhere in the world, we Filipinos have our music and thus the foreign countries has too which have a different languages. Example of a foreign music is African Music which I will blog hehe.

African Music is very spiritually that turns out to relaxed and enjoy the music even you're stress at work and that you can feel so bad that you can't focus on something and so on. African music talks about to educate their young, cure sick, lighten the load of hard work, provide entertainment, protest against the ruler, mark occasions(birth, marriage, puberty, and death), to communicate important sentiments and messages, and lastly to offer something to their gods.

This 6 hours of beautiful African music makes you feel relaxed because of it's music piece of every African singers. Just like the first song of the 6 hours of beautiful African music, Makambo by Feoffrey Oryema. When I listened the music it's like it makes me out of the house and going somewhere that I can feel relaxed so long. His voice are damn cool with the music that makes feel relaxed and enjoyed it. It is very cool. Then some of the music also are really cool and feel relaxed of it. 

Some of the music talks about like their home, their tradition and their history. I'm not sure about it because some of it doesn't have a translation and what was the music all about. But some comments of some music  explains about it and also they comment below that those music are make them relaxed and brig back memories. Well I also feel relaxed about all the music.

This African music Relax African Music | Jabali Spirit is showing one of the purpose of the African Music which to lighten the load of hard work in short to relax a minute or could be hour because of their music. In which we should have this thing "relax" for us to feel comfortable and time to care about ourselves. Enjoy and relax with this music everyone! Have a time for yourself.

"African Sonata by Vladimir Kush"

This painting is one of the art piece of Vladimir Kush- a Russian surrealist painter and sculptor. You can see an elephants that their heads was a trumpet, the trumpets that are like a plants or it could be tall grasses, a deer that have a harp horn(it's horn like a harp), and it's biodiversity like on Africa where the wild animals can be seen. The appearance of their king comes, then these elephants whose trumpeting as it's sound of rejoicing for their king. Thus calling of the attention of all animals to gather and celebrate, with occasion being life itself. 

This painting shows like people who where celebrating, enjoying and fulfill the happiness they have in life in a celebration of someone's day or what we called birthday, celebrating their achievement on business, and so many more. With the music, people can easily express to all how happy they are which spreading good vibes to all that really comforts them. This shows how people get connected with music.

African Sonata of this painting which pointed out the elephant that it's head is a trumpet, thus the elephant is leading the music of a celebration of their land. Our land is preciously for us that makes our freedom complete for us to live with variable things and such joy with music leading our way of happiness to have in life as we live our own land to rest in such wonderful peace. 

Celebrating such wonderful day of our important event as to keep it and being part of the day of a celebration of life and to eternal. With such happiness through music and joy with all ye who spread love. 

Vladimir Kush's painting is a such surreal which makes you impress about the painting throughout imagination of yours. “Kalayaan, susi sa kaligayahan!”

 

Ang kalayaan ay nagbibigay ng kaligayahan sa lahat. Nararapat lang na mayroong kalayaan sa bawa’t isa dahil nagpapakita ito ng tunay na kulay sa lahat, kung ano ka saya ang isang tao. Dala-dala ang ngiti sa saya na kanilang nararamdaman. Namumuhay tayo sa mundong ito kasama ang kalayaan, kalayaang mamuhay kasama ang pamilya, nagmamahalan, at nagkaisa. Kabilang tayo sa mundo ng kalayaan. Magkaisa lamag tayo para panatilihin ang kapayapaan kasama ang kalayaan. Sa kasamaang palad hindi lang ang kaligayahan ang ipinapakita ng mga ibang tao kundi ang masamang balak na hindi inaasahang gawa. Kaya ang kalayaan ay mayroong batas na kailangang sundin para walang mangyayaring kaguluhan. Kalayaan, susi sa kaligayahan! Ang kaligayahang kinakamit bawa’t isa, pinagtagumpayan ng pagkakaisa, at pagmamahalan. Kalayaan ng tao, ng hayop, ng kalikasan, at ang paraiso ng mundo! A law is a prestigious way of implementing such fair rule for all, thus the state to ensure to regulating the behavior or actions on people. Laws of a country having us a rights practically,  with this regulating people of it's freedom to decide; to act; to express; to share; and to fight for it's rights. This was the purpose of implementing the Consumer Law, rites of every consumer. It is the policy of the state to protect the interests of the consumer, promote his general welfare and to establish standards of conduct for business and industry. Towards this end, the state shall implement measures to achieve the following objectives. 

Protection against hazards to health and safety;

Protection against deceptive, unfair and unconscionable sales acts and practices;

Provision of information and education to facilitate sound choice and the proper exercise of rights by the consumer;

Provision of adequate rights and means of redress; and

Involvement of consumer representatives in the formulation of social and economic policies.

The Consumer Law cited about the eight rights of a consumer: 

Right to basic needs; 

Right to safety;

Right to information; 

Right to choose; 

Right to representation; 

Right to redress;

Right to consumer education; and 

Right to healthy environment.

Giving importance and valuing the Consumer Law grants you a rites for you to value health regarding to yours and your family, which is right for your daily appetite and maintaining to be healthy. Thus protecting your life away from hazardous products. With this law, you and your family be protected and be healthy. As the Department of Health that leads to protect the filipinos from hazardous products, The Department of Health convince to all filipinos to implement the law to their life as a consumer. 

The Protection against hazards to health and safety of every filipinos that the law stated, thus the Consumer Law implements about the Nutritional Facts as the consumers guide to learn about what its product gives you and also Ingredients to know about its mixtures. It aware consumers that has an allergies on nuts and others. Having the information on every product could build a trust of it

If there's a FACTS about the product, then there is a DATE CODE to assure when was the product will not anymore used. So that the consumers are well to informed about the product, not just its facts but also its when was the time not to be used.

As we protecting you away from life threatening products, we(The Department of Health) approving those good for the health products to assured every consumer that the products we approved is not a life threat to you and your family.

This facts of to convince you to giving its importance and valuing the Consumer Law is such a great achievement to be implementing a law to your life which have you the rights being a consumer. Thus the law is with you- rights of yours, thus this law is for those consumer to be aware and protected against hazardous products and to keep the lives of people to be healthy.

 "The Confusion" 

            This artwork of mine defines myself as I try to understand things, thus the confusions came along when things makes me struggle. This artwork inspires the art movement Surrealism.  Instead showing of my facial expression, I use a crumpled paper as showing my confusions about understanding things. My body represents of myself and a moving spiral- defines how was my environment of my confusion.

            I use Photoshop to create this as I prefer it to use this day due to lack of colors and also I don't know how to color or paint this time. As show in the video below on how do I make my artwork.
